Who writes the content?
Cipoli’s articles are written by Cipoli — together with our users. Content is produced with AI assistance, grounded in published research and in anonymized, aggregated patterns from the Cipoli community, and every article is reviewed by a human editor before publication.
We deliberately publish under the Cipoli name rather than individual bylines: the content is the product of a method — data, sources and review — not of any one person’s opinions.
Three rules we never break
1. Correlation, not causation. We never claim that something "causes", "prevents" or "cures" anything. We say that habits are "linked to", "associated with" or "show a relationship with" outcomes.
2. We never replace medical care. When a topic touches symptoms, medical conditions or medication, the article explicitly refers readers to healthcare professionals. Cipoli is a tool for understanding lifestyle — not a medical service.
3. Cipoli data are observations, not proof. Patterns from our community are presented as exactly that — observations. We never phrase them as "our study shows" or "we have proven".
Sources
We never write "studies show" without saying which ones. Claims are tied to named, published sources, and we never debunk a myth without citing evidence. When the science is uncertain, we say so.
Independence
Cipoli is independent and ad-free. We do not publish sponsored articles, we do not sell products in our content, and no article is influenced by commercial interests.
