Cipoli is available as a free version with basic functionality and a premium version with extended features including an AI-powered health coach, detailed analysis, and in-depth assessments.

Cipoli is not a medical service. The information and insights provided do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek advice from your doctor or other qualified healthcare provider with any medical questions. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking care because of information received through Cipoli.
Cipoli's health indexes, scores, and insights are based on general guidelines and algorithms — they are not medical assessments. Results should be viewed as guidance for understanding your lifestyle, not as health diagnoses.
3. Account & Registration
To use Cipoli, you need to create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You represent that the information you provide at registration is accurate. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you need parental or guardian consent.
An account is personal and may not be shared with or transferred to other persons.

Cipoli is provided "as is." We strive to keep the service available and accurate, but cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free, up-to-date, or uninterrupted.
Cipoli is not liable for damage arising from your reliance on information or insights from the service instead of seeking professional care. See section 2 (Health Disclaimer).
Cipoli's total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid for the service during the preceding 12 months, or SEK 500 (approx. USD 50) if you use the free version.
8. Data Protection

9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, all your personal data is permanently removed, including assessment responses, health indexes, and activity history.
Cipoli reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice in cases of serious violations.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as needed. For material changes, we will notify you via email or through a notice in the service at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Swedish law. For disputes that cannot be resolved through dialogue, you may turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) for review, provided their amount thresholds are met.
Disputes not resolved through ARN shall be adjudicated by the Swedish general courts, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.

The following provisions apply in addition to the other terms for users residing in the United States. For users in Sweden or the EU, these provisions do not apply.
13.1 Service Classification
Cipoli is a general health and wellness platform. The Service is not a medical device under the U.S. Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. The Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The Service is intended for general wellness and informational purposes only.
13.2 No Medical Advice
The information provided through the Service (including AI-generated analyses, articles, and recommendations) does not constitute medical advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare provider. Always seek the advice of a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information you have read on or obtained from the Service.
13.3 Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. You and Cipoli each waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in any class action or representative proceeding. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within thirty (30) days of accepting these Terms by sending written notice to privacy@cipoli.com.
13.4 Governing Law (US Users)
For US users, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the federal or state courts located in Delaware.
13.5 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
13.6 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CIPOLI'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
